Bestari

The Bestari Project supports the Indonesian government in preserving Tropical Rainforest through an “Intensive Protection Zone” in Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park, Sumatra. Spanning 100,000 hectares, it promotes innovative Protected Area management, engages local communities in sustainable land use, and strengthening NP capacity to protect critical habitats and carbon sinks.
