WWF-Indonesia, in collaboration with the Central Bank and Indonesia Sustainable Finance Initiative (IKBI), held two separate workshop sessions on nature-related financial risks: one for financial institutions and another for regulators. Conducted in July 2024, the sessions engaged 14 IKBI members and 34 staff from Bank Indonesia, OJK, and the Ministry of Finance. Each group was provided with knowledge on integrating nature and biodiversity into their decision-making processes. The program introduced key frameworks like the Task Force on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), addressing the urgent need for both sectors to manage nature-related financial risks alongside climate risk.
