Over 60% of global greenhouse gas emissions come from existing infrastructure. Future projects will shape emissions for decades. Post-COVID recovery plans offer a chance to steer investments toward sustainable energy, transport, and industry. This project aids countries in prioritizing green infrastructure and policies, engaging private sectors, and fostering capacity building.

- Project Sites : SIPA is primarily focused on the national level. It engages with Bappenas (the main political partner of the project) and other ministries in the national administration. Some limited regional work takes place on nature-based solutions in the Rimba corridor (Riau – Jambi – Sumantera Barat) and there has been some engagement with the Nusantara Capital City Authority (OIKN).
