While climate action efforts are accelerating worldwide, measuring real impact remains a challenge. Many projects report activities, but the key question is: how do we go beyond numbers to capture meaningful change and drive informed policymaking?

Impact evaluation and project monitoring are at the heart of the International Climate Initiative (IKI) framework, ensuring that IKI grant funding is used with transparency and accountability to create lasting benefits for Indonesia and the global community.

To strengthen impact measurement within IKI projects, IKI Hub Indonesia, in collaboration with harapura impact, hosted the 3rd IKI Training: Beyond Numbers – Understanding Impact Measurement for Sustainable Solutions on February 18–19, 2025, in Jakarta. This training empowered participants to move beyond output-based reporting and adopt impact-driven evaluation frameworks—ensuring that climate initiatives lead to real, measurable change.
